Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aspect Nordic. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site and are fully compliant with Danish and European Union consumer protection laws.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS & ORDERS
By placing an order on our site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. 
When you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. A binding purchase agreement is entered into once we dispatch your order and send your shipping confirmation.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & PRODUCTION ON DEMAND
At Aspect Nordic, our garments are custom-embroidered upon ordering to avoid overproduction and textile waste. 
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product or adjust prices at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on aspectnordic.com include 25% Danish VAT (moms) unless otherwise stated. Any applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free shipping applies to orders over 995 DKK.
- Payment is charged to your selected payment method when the order is shipped from our facility (or immediately upon order placement if using instant debit payment methods, in accordance with your card issuer's terms).
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK
Because each piece is crafted and embroidered upon ordering, our typical delivery time is 6–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods.
In accordance with Danish and EU consumer law, Aspect Nordic bears the full risk of loss or damage to the products during transit until you (or a third party designated by you) have taken physical possession of the goods.

SECTION 5 – 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
As a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods. Please review our full Refund Policy on our website for detailed instructions on how to return an item, return address details, and return shipping costs.

SECTION 6 – 24-MONTH STATUTORY WARRANTY (REKLAMATIONSRET)
When you shop at Aspect Nordic as a consumer, your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), which grants you a 24-month statutory warranty against manufacturing and material defects (2 års reklamationsret).
This means that if your item has a rightful defect that is not caused by misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear, you are entitled to have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You must notify us within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Notifying us within two (2) months of discovering the defect is always considered timely. Please contact us at aspectnordic@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the defect. If the claim is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content included on this website—such as the Aspect Nordic name, our signature broken AN-emblem, embroidery designs, text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of Aspect Nordic and is protected by Danish and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or our designs without express written permission by us.

SECTION 8 – PERSONAL INFORMATION (PRIVACY)
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed in the footer of our website.

SECTION 9 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in accordance with applicable Danish law.

SECTION 10 – COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
