Refund policy

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
When shopping at Aspect Nordic, you always have a 14-day full right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) under Danish and EU consumer law. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your item.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, free from scents or marks, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and the way it functions (i.e., trying it on for size), we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value from your refund.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include your order number and specify which item(s) you wish to return. Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to ship the item back to us.

All approved returns must be sent directly to our Danish address:

Important information regarding return shipping:
- The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- You bear the risk for the package until it is safely delivered to our address. We strongly recommend sending the return package with a track-and-trace number and directly to our physical address (we do not collect return packages sent to parcel shops / pakkeshops).
- Please do not send returns to the return address listed on the shipping label from our production facility; returns must only be sent to our address in Jerslev Sjælland listed above.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the item you have in accordance with the procedure above, and place a new, separate order for the desired item at aspectnordic.com.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS & WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at aspectnordic@outlook.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please attach clear photos of the issue along with your order number, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you (either through a free replacement or a full refund including shipping costs).

EXCEPTIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days (and no later than 14 days from the date we received your notice of withdrawal, provided we have received the returned item or documentation that it has been shipped). Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
